"How's Your Vision?"

How's your vision? No, I am not talking about your EYE Sight, what I am asking is, what are you focused on? What are you giving your attention to? Ministry leaders and managers alike need to have their focus the future. They need to be forward thinking, ever looking for the problems and the opportunities ahead. Yes, you can learn from your past, but it can not be the focus of your attention. You can't see where you are GOING, if your eyes are always looking into the REAR view mirror! Yes, we all make mistakes, but don't let the past keep you captive. Break free and place your focus on new opportunities and adventures yet to be discovered. Use your calendar to look at dates and major world wide, national, local events ahead, use the calendar in planning where you want to be and things you want to accomplish; be PRO-active in organizing for growth, change, adjustments to be made for your course of action as you plan events and activities that will keep you moving forward and on target. Keep your focus with eyes on whats ahead and you'll avoid a TRAIN Wreck from occuring. That's my view on the matter, what's your's? Let me know what you think, that's called collaborative dialog.
